BUSINESS INCUBATOR FACILITIES

The Superior Business Centers (SBC) are business incubator facilities serving Superior and Douglas County and is managed by The Development Association.

We encourage the creation of new, viable businesses, as well as the generation and retention of long-term, self-sustaining enterprises.

Our available spaces include small cubicles, office suites, and manufacturing/warehouse space.

SBCs are multi-tenant facilities that serve as:

• Resource centers for small businesses, start-up businesses and expansion.

• Temporary housing of businesses in transition.

• A resource for information about management and operational issues for small businesses.

• Meeting facilities – conference room available for rent with serving space for refreshments.

SBC space is designed for:

• Office, light to medium manufacturing, wholesale, trucking and warehouse businesses.

• Licensed, shared-use commercial kitchen for use by caterers and food product entrepreneurs.
